Training
Our trainers are experienced and knowledgeable about the APPGEN accounting system and its application to business. We believe in a hands on approach to training, were each trainee actually works with the system. Broadband Internet connections that allow us to see what a trainee is doing on their workstation give us the ability to conduct most training by teleconference, and allows for timely and efficient follow-up training support when required. This greatly saves on time and travel. On-site training classes can also be arranged on a full day basis.

Support
We provide support for standard APPGEN accounting software and any software that VLA has customized or developed. Support is provided by telephone or on-line during our regular business hours. By utilizing broadband Internet connections that allow us to see what is happening at an operator's workstation, we are able quickly to solve operation problems and get a user back on track.

Customization
APPGEN provides us with the source code to all the standard accounting applications. Customizations such as changing form and check formats, and adding additional reports can be accomplished quickly. We will work with you to optimize the accounting software to meet your specific needs.

Development
